Improved normal-boundary intersection algorithm: A method for energy optimization strategy in smart buildings

With the widespread use of distributed energy sources, advantages smart buildings over traditional are becoming increasingly obvious. Subsequently, its optimal scheduling and multi-objective optimization have become more complex need to be solved urgently. This paper presents a novel method optimize utilization in buildings. Firstly, multiple transfer-retention ratio (TRR) parameters added evaluation renewable energy. Secondly, normal-boundary intersection (NBI) algorithm is improved by adaptive weight sum, adjust uniform axes method, Mahalanobis distance form (INBI) algorithm. The problem parameter TRR INBI improve regulation efficiency. In response needs decision-makers with indicators, average deviation reduced 60% compared previous case. Numerical examples show that proposed superior existing technologies terms three objectives. objectives include 8.2% reduction equipment costs, 7.6% power supply 1.6% improvement occupants’ comfort.
